The Professional Messenger enables professionals and their clients to exchange data quickly, easily and securely. It also provides a safe, centralized method of data retrieval for off-site personnel for the professionals or their clients. The speed of The Professional Messenger derives from the fact that data (for example, the multiple files and directories used by PeachTree™ and QuickBooks™) is fully compressed during transmission, minimizing connection time. Professionals can maintain client accounts on systems local to the professional's firm, which is significantly faster that operating remotely on the client's system, especially over a laptop telephone connection. Security comes from two facts: First, during transmission and storage between the professional's and client's site, data is encrypted, including while stored at the website. Second, the professional no longer operates on the client's machine, and needs no special access. The Professional Messenger also provides automatic backup of all transmissions, both at the website and at the professionals' and clients' sites. |
